Yesterday, my aunt had several visitors at her house which is beside ours. What can I say.. They are all very rich but very down-to-earth people. There were 3 doctors and a retired judge from Pasay. Of course, I admire the doctors, of all people present last night. One is a pediatrician, another is an orthopedic surgeon, the other one--I don't know. haha. All working in the US! I am very much in envy. Well.. I heard they were scholars from UP college of medicine and that they are really bright.
Filipino doctors are as good as everyone else, contrary to the insult made by Desperate Housewives. In fact, Pinoys have lots of contributions in medicine already, like this one:
